The percentage loss of fat ,SNF or TS of individual section or the entire section or of the entire diary can be estimated by applying the formula
L=(a+b) –(c+d)/b x 100
Where,
a=opening stock in kg.
b=receipt in kg
c=dispatch in kg
d=closing stock in kg
