Rates are dependent on the below criteria.

1) Area of cultivation.

2) Weather ( The weather is not good, the production will decrease and price will raise).

3) Global cotton production ( last year there are floods in china, Pakistan and Afghanistan, so the rates are very high).

4) Government policies( Govt. of AP made the decision to make GO to stop export of cotton to save local millers).
