Vertical wheat bran finisher for WHEAT MILLING MACHINE is composed of bracket, rotary scouring plate, sieve cylinder and drive.
Materials go into the wheat bran finisher from the feeding hopper, and the they are conveyed to sieve cylinder to be scoured by vertical spiral conveyor for wheat milling machine. The bran powder is discharged by perforated sieve plate while the bran is lifted under the function of scoring plate and inclined blade and then discharged. The machine is supported by 4 elastic rubber pad. During operation, the scouring plate rotates in a high speed to make the wheat bran finisher vibrate, beneficial for smooth of the sieve openings.
Horizontal wheat bran finisher for wheat milling machine is mainly composed of rotor, cylinder, shell, adjustable baffle and drive.
The bran goes into the machine in a tangent line and thrown to buffering plate and sieve plate, realizing separation of bran and flour.
The rotor is installed with 4 scouring plates with round holes to adjust the operation clearance. The outer of the plate is made into indent shape for the function of pushing materials.
