In recent years, technologies for making sawdust pellet mill develop relatively fast. While, at present, most suppliers are backward in manufacturing technologies. Their sawdust pellet mills are easy to have problems like low working efficiency and poor pelletizing rate. As a result, promotion of sawdust pellet mill is seriously influenced.

Technologies for developing sawdust pellet mill step into the bottleneck period. Standing on the current situation, FTM China Machinery imports the advanced technologies from Germany at high cost and makes the FTM sawdust pellet mill. Sawdust pellet mill can produce the biomass pellets with raw materials like rice straw, corn straw, wheat straw, bean straw, peanut straw, potato straw, saw dust, tree skin and edible fungus.

Except for the saw dust pellet machine, FTM China Machinery also produces other machines like wood pellet mill. On the basis of primary mills, FTM technicians decide to place the ring die from vertically to horizontally by studying the structure of key parts like ring die and optimizing the parameters of key technologies. Without being fermented, raw straws only need to be cut by hay cutter before being fed into saw dust pellet machine.

Cutting work can greatly improve the working efficiency of sawdust pellet mill. According to the feature of raw straws that are not easy to bond together, FTM technicians can improve the pelletizing rate to 85% higher and lower the power consumption to 35KW/h just by controlling water content in raw straws, optimizing structural parameters of die hole and press roller, controlling the relative distance between die hole and roller as well as properly improving the working pressure.
