How can we stop new construction of ploutry farm

Hi .I am a resident of punnel village .A new ploutry farms is constructing near by ours agriculture land ,it's also very near by our plans tress which give livehood for nearly 100 family of Gouda , how can we stop new construction of ploutry..we already complaint to pollution board ,village panchat.but new result
