How can we start Organic Farm in india(Andhra Pradesh)

HI all,

I am a Software Engineer working in US , i wanted to start organic farming in my home town (Warangal , AP).

my knowledge in farming is zero.

can someone of you point me out in right direction to know more about organic farming.

anybody else doing organic farming in Andhra Pradesh?

Hello sir,

There are alot of farmers doing organic farming these days. To start with, you can buy a book called Handbook on organic farming and get a thorough knowledge on organic farming and then go ahead with it. You need yo get a soil and water analysis done before cultivation. Once you have the report accordingly manures can be given and crop can be suggested.
