How can i claim my oil supply money

I AM HANDICAPPED MAN, RUNNING SMALL SCALE BUSINESS, MY NATURE IS BELIVE EVERY ONE, THE OIL I SUPPLIED TO A COMPANY ONE YEAR BACK. I ASKED THROUGH PHONE SEVERAL TIMES FOR MONEY, THEY SAY THEY ARE TIGHT, I HAD KNOWN THEY PAID FOR SUPPLIERS OF OIL, AFTER I SUPPLIED OIL,
BECAUSE MY MEAKNESS THEY ARE BENIFITING. NOW THEY ARE SAYING YOUR A/C SHOSH HALF THE AMOUND DUE TO ME. hOW CAN I PROCEED FURTHER TO GET MY MONEY? PLS ADVICE

Dear sir,
u write a letter with photo copy of delevery challen stating that yr amount is pending and tell them that u are going to take legal action if failed to pay due.if still they r not ready to pay yr due then take advise of lowyer and give notice.
