horticulture or poultry??

i have 1 acre farm. And wanted to make something profitable out of it. But i dont know anything about agriculture. What will be good option for me? Horticulture or poultry?? I am seeking for a guidance. Please help me. Thanks in advance

AS the old saying goes....... dont put all your eggs in one basket.

If your land is good and have sufficient water then go for both.......... Horticulture and Poultry.
If the land is not good then go for poultry.

Combination will minimize your risks.
