Responsibilities:
• To manage a 3 acre chilli plantation, supervise workers and maximise harvest yield
• To organize, coach and monitor the daily field activities such as harvesting, pruning, fertilizer application, spraying, weeding, harvesting and etc. general tasks
• To ensure that accurate and timely records are updated
o Harvesting
o Chemical and fertilizer utilization
o Tools and Equipment
o Attendance of Manpower
• To oversee maintenance of plantation infrastructure
• To train, develop, coach and motivate the subordinate staff to perform according to set standards to enhance the productivity of the team.
Requirements:
• Matured appearance, Age 19+ to 30 years old
• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related disciplne
• Able to read, write and speak in English
• Minimum 4 years work experience in vegetable farming
• Hands on experience of fertigation systems and drip irrigation
• Experienced in the plantation of chillies
• monthly salary roughly 2k - RM 2,800.00..
• Insurance +Medical+ Accomodation provided
