herbs cultivated in north india are lemon grass, citronella, saffron, rosemary, chamomile, lavemder and many more.

First u make a visit to the nearest kishi vigyan kendra govt based as u will get all the needed information for cultivation and practical motivation there. then u can decide.
Dont depend on private help at present.
