Help please for new ideas

Hello,
I am just going to start my own agriculture business. I have land in Antioch, Turkey. The land is alluviol soil, currently they plant cotton but the profit is really low. I am looking for new interesting ideas to doo. I am thinking maybe I can even start some bee business. I am new so I need a consultant who can help me the whole way, I am considering giving profit from the profit if the job works out.

Thank you for your idea, but actually I am not willing to inject hormones because the soil is pure and I do not want to violate the field. Do you have any new ideas like planting avocodas or something=) I am not sure about what will be the most profitable one
