Help needed regarding borewell

Hi I had dug bore well 2 years ago now I got agricultural connection till now my bore was not used it's 302 feet bore only 17 foot soil rest is rock till bottom so I wanted to know how to flush it and best hp motor to install and early reply would be appreciated thanks
