Help in setting up diary cum goatery cum fishery.

Want to set up a diary cum goatery cum fishery in a 19 bigha plot. Subsidy loan up to 1 cr is available. Initially want to go for basic milk, goat meat and raw fish. Do not want to expand to products of the same. Want help in project setup and theoretical and practical training. Basic layman experience in all three sectors. Kindly advise.
