Sir i would like to buy agricultural land in rural area's for the purpose of Agricultural / Cultivation .
I am not related into any farmer family as off now & Great Grand fathers were doing farming But i dont have any such Relationship with them as now we have settled in bangalore from my brith or still earlier also.
Now will i be able to take Agricultural land for the Purpose off cultivation & i have ideas with Organic faming .


Some one said it is not possiable for me to buy the Agricultural land isit so ?
I am a I T payee from past few years & present returns is below 3lakhs,
Hope you will guide me in a proper & Correct way.

If you re an Indian National than you have all the right to Buy Agricultural land.

Only if you have hard cash with you and you are willing to take the risk of low returns on investment should you venture into agriculture.

or else stick to you job because agriculture is not easy money as most of the people in Urban India Think.

Sir i know about it & i am not going to quit the Prest job, But i am very interseted in agricultal works from younger days of my life, But i like to buy as off now But some told Me that one should have R T C to buy Agricultureal lands in Karanataka state , What does R T C mean & as i have told they said it is not possiable to get it regestried in my name .
Hope i will get a clear answer from your side & it wilkl be a great Help .

Sir what support i can get from the rural banks to buy a Tractor & what is the basic requirements needed to get a loan to own a tractor , If any used tractor is also ok for me i will be able to manage with that too as i dont like to invest more & take more pressure on myself . Hence request you to kindly suggest me & guide me in a proper way

I am indian from birth only & my parents are also indians from birth only , We are Indians & we stay in Karanataka state from so many years ,

am from bangalore,the same i have faced,you can not buy land in karnataka,as per today rules its one of the worst rule ever,i am doing horticluture business but i do not have land i went to buy land but it was not possible ,in karnataka you should have panni [a document to prove that you are from agricluture ,and you or your father had ariculture land,if you do not have panni document it is not possible,this happens only in karnataka.
i have taken land on lease near kaglepura that is on kanakpura road,you pay just 10.000rs per year per acare of land,and do your dream project that is safe.

Dear ravianil ,

I am not aware of the Agricultural land restrictions in Karnataka. Its good to see your keen interest in Agriculture.

To be on the safer side you could try and lease land. Start off in a small scale and get to know how you can do agriculture profitably.

Economically speaking with the cost of land being so high it will not be viable to invest upfront on land. Instead you could concentrate on short term crops on a leased land.

You can hire tractors to do the job for you instead of investing in one.

You can think of investing in farm machinery once you get yourself established.

I think it would be wise to get in touch with swamyalok and have a good conversation with him as he is also from Karnataka before you decide on anything.
