I) make an agreement with proposed land owner for sale of land & then apply to d collector for purchase of land giving sufficient reasons . that will give u legal permission along with farmer status .
2) purchase land in remote area such as a. nagar etc . thru. some agent who will give u 7/12 along with divisional officers certificate of farming status.
this may not b usefull 4 forest lands
