Guide to start up EGG Processing Unit nearby Bangalore, Tirupathi and Chenni.

Dear Members,
I am looking to start an EGG processing unit that separates whites and yolk. I wanted to start in my own agriculture land which is about 100kms away from Bangalore, 100kms away from Tirupati, 200kms away from Chennai. Could anyone of you provide details like cost, market in India, mode of sales, market in overseas etc.

Also, need suggestions on my 10acre dry form land at the same location and distance as I said above.
