Green house setup

I want to setup green house mainly for vegetables.
I need a consultant with good field experience in green house farming.

I want to know about the following queries,
1. What type of vegetables, herbs and flowers could be farmed.
2. Could we get yield round the year?
3. How much more yield we could take than traditional farming.
4. What would the setup cost per sq.ft, pls. quote separately if it has more than one type.
5. What would be the time frame to setup , approx. 1000 sq.ft.

I am also interested to know any other useful information regarding green house farming.
