Green House Loans

Hi

I am planing to buy 1 Acre Agricultural Land & Develop a " Green House " in that..As per the Information the Total Cost ( Land + Green House Set up) is costing me around Rs 50 Lakhs..

I am ready to invest up to Rs 20L & want to know will any Bank fund me the balance 30L..

The Loan can be based on my IT Returns..

In case you know any bank doing this, please inform the same..

Where are you located??? You can avail loans from nearest Nationalised (Rural banking branches)Bank for loans. They do provide loans .

Dear Pavan,

1. Any agri loan is not based on your IT returns. You should own a agri land.
2. Gujarat Gives 75% subsidy and Bihar Gives 90% subsidy on Green house. You must take a loan to avail subsidy.

My sugestion is build a small prototype green house with silpaulin sheets(beware of fast blowing wind and storms). Use it for youe purpose. You may learn lot of things like soil fertility, yeild etc. I have done like this( i am wating for the results)
