We are looking for green house consultants for an existing farm with an area of 44,950 sq mtrs.
We are inviting bidders to submit a fully integrated green house project report inclusive of the management of the project. Your bid must cover the following:-
1) The design concept and technical details for the project. The project to be designed in a very cost effective manner. Your official quotation utilizing the maximum possible area of the land and your suggestion for planting the type of crop. Is it possible to have plant a mix of crops i.e. Tomato, lettuce, cucumber, strawberry in the same green house.
2) Identify resources ( project personnel or teams) that you will deploy.
3) Technical details.
4) A detailed full pack of financial analysis.
5) Discuss the relationship that you plan to establish with the project owner.
6) A clear marketing & sales plan.
7) Time line for completing the project.
8) Project Management & marketing cost to be specified separately.
