Green fodder required

Hi, i have started dairy farm in Goa with 5 cattles. and my intention to expand it to around 25 cattles within 6 months of period. There is shortage of green fodder in goa. Whether it is possible to get green fodder from nearby state like Maharashta and Karnataka. (green fodder like napier grass, CO4, hati grass etc.). haati grass can be store for how many days. From my dairy it is 10 kms to Maharashtra Border.

from Banda border, it is 8 kms to my site.
