Green Fodder management for Dairy Cows HF

Hi Experts,

I am planning to start my dairy farm with 5 HF cows near Pune. I have query on fodder management.

1) I have no land nearby to farm for daily Green fodder supply, this I have to buy or do alternate arrangement.
2) In alternate arrangement can I choose option : Silage (Moorghas) + Hydrophonic Fodder + Azola
3) Will it replace completely daily requirement for fresh green fodder?
4) I can prepare silage at my own land which is 150kms away from my farm. This I can prepare with stock which will last for 1 year requirment, thus it will be economic to transport from such far place.

Ps guide on this matter.

if economics is ok with you, surely you can give silage instead of green fodder
most dairies in western world depend on silage during winter
