Green fodder machine - hydroponics

I browsed through net and came to know that around 1000 Kgs green fodder per day could be produced.

I would like to know about the feasibility of using Hydroponics for growing green fodder in Tamil Nadu. If this could be feasible one, could any one please advice how to set up the hydroponics in our area - technical assistance and its financial feasibility.
