govt. rules and regulations for dairy farm o agriculture land in haryana?

hi there to all,
i am an engineer by profession and now i wish to shift to agriculture and i have chosen to take up dairy farming . i belong to haryana. can somebody provide me information on what are the rules and regulations for using agriculture land for dairy farming ?

u will have to undergo some basic training in Dairy farming. u please make a visit to the agriculture dept or college and seek the training details.

Dear Preetpal

You need a lot of basic info to start a dairy farm. If you own a land then you can approach a good consultant for a project report. The project report have to be submitted to a nationalised bank who is ready to give you loan. you also get subsidy of 25% form govt of india after your proposal is passed.
for further trainig in dairy farming you can approach agicultaral institute karnal. they have short term training courses in animal husbandary and milk processing at a very resonale cost.
