Govt Land May be for SC/ST ??? !!!!

kindly check for the records in which it is mentioned as 15 years or < > period non transferrable.If that period is completed,go ahead in registering the land with usual procedure.
Note:If it's SC/ST land and if you are not to that particular community,drop your idea.
