Hello Eshwar, I'm looking for 10-15 acres of agricultural land for permaculture/ organic dairy farming preferably around Bangalore, Mangalore or Chikmanglur. Since we intend to do organic dairy farming, it would be preferable to have a lot of grazing land around.
Also, would like to know if the fact that I'm not a farmer would cause any hindrance? Heard somebody mention that the govt of Karnataka doesn't permit non farmers with income more than 2 lakh p.a. to buy agri-land? Is this true?
If yes, are they ways to go about it?
