This really make sense. The yield is always proportional to amount of input/care that it gets.
No matter what the yields are, farmers can't make money as long as we have a system of minimal/low price during harvest season and a well connected middle men whom we can't really avoid for marketing.
The only way to make any money is actually cut the money you spend on it.. As a researcher for last few years on agri projects, finally this one really make sense to me.
