How can i addd strength to ur initiative

i have a 13 acre land in coimbatore and am damn serious in not to use my land for anythig against the plannet but i am unable to invest in it for agri and related works.If you can suggest and help me out i can start something productive in a ecofriendly way , in this 13 acres of land.
