Hello,
I have a 3 acre piece of land which is 17 Kilometers from Chikmagalur, Karnataka. The land is 13 Kms from Belur. I am looking for people who can cultivate ginger there for this year on a contract basis. Since i do not stay close to the land, i wanted some activity to happen there.
There are a lot of people around the place who are cultivating ginger there. Some of them have approached me already. However, i am looking for a better deal in the contract.
This is for this one year only, and the rains have started there. Currently, that is the only source of water, but there is a huge pond inside the land where enough water can be stored. The place receives heavy rainfall for the next 6 to 7 months for sure, and the farmers there are dependant on the same.
