Frozen Green Peas - Process

Hello,
Could anybody please tell what is the process of freezing green peas for commercial purposes?

Is it possible to store green peas in a CA Cold store initially and freeze the peas in packing's after storage?

Thanks.
 

Processing of frozen green peas is totally different from normal cold store systems.
Consultancy including SITC is available on demand.
