I am looking for a freeze drying facility in the lower 48 that can process a coffee substitute and turn it into "instant coffee". Does anyone know of such a plant? We want to be able to process small batches -- one or two thousand pounds per order.

I appreciate your response. I think I wasn't being clear. I'm looking for an existing business that can process my client's product. Perhaps you have a customer you have built such a facility for who could use some business???
