This is regarding an agricultural land in around Mulshi, under PMRDA. The land has clear title on 7/12 land records.
The PMRDA zone Certificate points out the piece of land to be in Forest Zone. The land is used for Agricultural purpose and the villagers are living around with houses and even farm houses have come up in vicinity.
Although, It is not legal to construct anything on a forest land but a dwelling house is allowed on a private forest. Since this is not a forest land, neither it is a prvate forest, as the 7/12 has no mention of either.
My query is if one would be able to make a small house and carry on the plantation of the rest of the land.
