HI

I am looking for information on Food Processing:-
- want to start very small unit in and around Delhi or Meerut
- Product i am interested in "Pickles, Squash"

I have two question in mind, If any body can help me
- How to start ?and
- Where or whom to sell?

Anybody want to come with me as partner or want to invest in small project??
