it will depend upon the type of plants u have planted, species, variety, planting location etc.
for example Cow manure is best preferred as fertilizer for the rose plants – but other organic fertilizers like compost are also used. Rose plants requires 2-3 times feeding during the season.
in general
keep the soil moist to slightly dry except when dormant.
Water them during dry periods, once or twice per week.
Keep them well weeded, or apply a 2-3 inch layer of mulch for a tidy appearance.
Pinch back tall stems to promote a bushier appearance.
Add a light application of organic fertilizer to the planting hole
