Question Fertilizer for Red Lady Papaya plant

Dear Sir,
First time I am in Papaya cultivation.
I have 722 pcs Red Lady papaya plant (15 days age). I have TSP, Calsium Salfar (17%, 23%), MOP, Meg Sulphet, Zink Sulphet, CPC BORON.

Sir, would you advise me please which & when should I distribute these fertilizers per plant?

Sir iam farming papaya 3months plants these plants very well good growth and colour but litly flowering . I have a small doubt for fertilizer uses which type fertilizer better u says some details ok
