How can one get a Farming License?

I want to start my farming business for this I want to buy Agriculture Land, what I have read without farmer’s license I can not register the Agriculture Land on my name. Please if someone can help.

Farming license

Dear Sir,
you will not need nay license for farming but in some state. The agriculture land can be purchased only by the person who is having agriculture land in govt record. If you don,t have agriculture land in your state in that condition you can purchase land in some other state like MP , Rajasthan where such type of restrictions is not there. If you want that then we can assist you to purchase a land in Rajasthan. On the basis of the land document you can purchase the agriculture land there in your state. after purchasing land in your state, you can sell the agriculture land of Rajasthan.
