Farmer certificate

Hello Pawarbhau,

You say you are a farmer. If you hold agriculture land in your name or are a LESSEE of any agriculture property & cultivating on the leased land, then you
can be declared an "AGRICULTURIST". You have to get a copy of the 7/12-Land Extract & PEAKPPANI UTTARA & approach the Thasildar of your area with an application. For leased lands, you need to provide proof like some agreement OR Leasedeed executed between you & the owner. The thasidar can thereafter certify that you are an Agriculturist with details of your land holdings-own or leased.

This certificate is needed when you go for purchasing any agriculture land in Maharashtra except in district of BEED.
