Farm land required along the Western Ghats

Greetings for the day.

I am looking for farmland of about 5-6 acres along the Western Ghats (can be in Tamiladu or Kerala). Preferred location can be anywhere between Wayanad-Nilgiri-Coimbatore-Valparai or Idukki District of Kerala. I am looking for a price range of 3-4 Lacs per acre.

Ideally, expecting the ground temperature to be not over 35 degree Celsius during peak summer.
