Few questions here -
1- How far is the nearest beach from the project (I have read the faq at your site)
2- How far is nearest Bank from the project
3- What is the connectivity situation - Road , Rail, Flight?
4- How far is the boundary of the National park from the project?
5- The installment payment plan - Please Detail that.

Please Answer these questions so things would look more transparent - and if possible please give the GPS co-ordinates of the project.

We respond to your queries as under:

Few questions here -
1- How far is the nearest beach from the project (I have read the faq at your site)
Nearest Beaches are either onto Vasco on South or towards Calangute in North. Vasco will roughly be about 45 kms & Calangute will be about 55 kms from the Site.

2- How far is nearest Bank from the project
Nearest Bank is State Bank of India Guleli branch which is less than 2 km from the Site.

3- What is the connectivity situation - Road , Rail, Flight?
Goa is connected by Rail, Road & Air. There are direct daily flights from major Indian metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai & Mangalore. There are several trains also that reach Goa daily. By road, the Mumbai-Goa highway reaches Panjim - the capital city and this property lies close to the Panaji - Belgaum highway ie close to Karnataka border.

4- How far is the boundary of the National park from the project?
Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary is about 10 km from the Site on one side (towards Ponda) and the Tambdi Surla Temple - a World Heritage site is about 10 km onto the other side (towards Molem). Dudhsagar waterfalls is further about 5 km from the Temple.

5- The installment payment plan - Please Detail that.
