Hello,

Wanted to lease out my farm land-@10 acres-with below details,

1.Around 15 kms from Aurangabad city in Maharashtra
2.@ 1.5 kms from main Paithan road.
3.Accessible via road till the land.
4.Adjacent to a dam
4.Open for long rent period.
5.Lease rent - negotiable.

Please let me have the exact location (with a map if possible), the annual lease rental expected, water test report copy if available would be very invaluable as also the amount of water produced from your borewells on an average daily basis. I am very much interested in leasing if parameters are suitable. If suitable, I would like to lease for a period of 10 years minimum.
