100 km from Bangalore. 14 km from the highway.

. Well
. All the titles
. fully grown coconut trees, have planted mango trees.

Right now one of the neighbours is taking care of the land. We are paying 4k per annum to him.

Reason for selling -
Moving out of Bangalore, would not be able to visit the place
