I am going to start a Dairy Farm in a couple of month.So i wanted Farmer who can look over Farm and Crop as well...I am willing to provide shelter and food and salary about 12000-15000/- if any one can supply then please contact me

I have people.May i know your farm location and how big is the farm he has to look after?
Is that salary 12000-15000 is in addition to other benefits you mentioned above?
