I am looking for a caretaker for my farm house of 1.75 acre. The care taker should look after , clean and maintain my villa , swimming pool, and the premises . He should take care of the guests that come to my farm house and fullfil their needs. He should also take care of the my farm land that has 80-85 coconut trees , 10-15 small fruit trees , 8 mango trees and some flowering plants. Dripping system is available. Farming should be known by the caretaker.
One room kitchen and bathroom will be provided along with water, electricity and gas and there will be tips provided when guests come.
Only Family needed.
I need a person who will stay for minimum of 2 years , there will be an agreement signed as well.
