Hi,
Iam planning for Eucalyptus trees field plantation in Ganganagar, Rajasthan .Kindly advise for the following:-
Frequency of time for water to be given.
The time for maturity for such trees.
Inter cultivation options.
Any other trees which can grown in such areas and having maturity time of 5-7 years.

why you want to grow eucalyptus ? do you know that eucalyptus absorbs lot of water from ground level and the tree spp. is recommended only for damp and marshy areas where water logging and other damp condition is there so that it can absorb most of water. So growing it in Rajasthan condition, think before growing it. There are other timber crops that could be grown with intercrops.
