I am interested in Emu farming and am looking at only rearing the birds and not setting up a hatchery. I understand there is a huge market for the meat, feathers, nails, leather, etc. Can anyone help me locate a processing / slaughter plant in South India where the fat, feathers, leather, etc will be extracted?
