We are proud and happy that, Maple Orgtech (India) Limited is the only authorized entity for manufacturing and promoting EM technology in India under the agreement with EMRO, Japan. EM technology is being used successfully in more than 140 countries for the last 30 years.

EM stands for Effective micro organisms The principal microbes present are Lactic Acid Bacteria (Lactobacillus spp.), Yeast (Saccharomyces spp.), and Phototrophic Bacteria (Rhodopseudomonas spp.) These microbes coexist in liquid culture below a pH of 3.5. The micro organisms are not genetically engineered, exotic or imported. They are produced in our manufacturing facility at Kolkata. These microbes are facultative and exhibits both aerobic and anaerobic characteristics. They work in a wide range of pH, temperatures and salinity.

1) Maple EM.1 Hariyali: It is used in Agriculture, Horticulture and Floriculture.
It is used as a growth promoter in agricultural crops. It helps to build up the beneficial microbes’ population in the soil, thereby increasing the fecundity and nutrient composition, and thus giving better yields to the farmers. To a certain extent it also checks the growth of harmful pathogens in the soil. Maple EM.1 is also used in preparation of compost out of the farm wastes and cow dung. It makes usable compost in 40-45 days which in normal course takes 4-5 months time. The compost making process with Maple EM.1 Hariyali does not require any extra infrastructural expenditure, as the compost can be prepared in heap. The compost gets ready with least supervision, cost and manpower.
2) Maple Termin: It is used in Agriculture, Horticulture and Floriculture.
It is an organic pest repellent that helps in minimizing the incidence of pests and diseases. Prophylactic sprays with Maple Termin gives good control over sucking pests, fungal diseases and bacterial diseases. It also helps the plant to build immunity against the different pests and diseases. Being organic, it gets degraded in the soil and is environmentally friendly and ecologically sound product.
3) Maple Agriculture Bokashi: It is used in Agriculture, Horticulture and Floriculture.
Bokashi means ‘decomposed manure’. When applied in soil, it helps in decomposition of crop residues and stubbles. Continuous usage of it improves the soil texture and structure. It also helps in multiplying the beneficial microbes and increasing the organic matter content in the soil, thus giving better yield and improving the quality of the produce.
4) Maple EM.1 Pashuamrut: It is used in Animal Husbandry.
It is a feed additive which is given along with the drinking water of the animal. It is also sprayed as a deodorizer for sanitation purpose on the animal houses/sheds. It helps to improve the digestion process, thereby increasing the appetite of the animals. Continuous usage of Maple EM.1 Pashuamrut reduces the dependence on antibiotics and thus reduces the stress factor in animals and enhances immunity. It decreases flies, insects and other harmful insect populations.
5) Maple Animal Bokashi: It is used in Animal Husbandry.
It is a feed additive given along with the normal fodder that the animal eats on a day to day basis. It helps in improving the quality of the animal/poultry products. The animal produces manure of high quality. It improves the animal fecundity and helps in maintaining a balanced overall health of the animal.
6) Maple EM.1 Aquamagic: This product is used in Aquaculture/Pisciculture.
It keeps the prawn/fish free from any kind of diseases. It reduces the quantity of the sludge produced. It helps in improving the digestion of food for fish. It keeps the water clean and hence does not require continuous changing. It eliminates Ammonia, Methane and Hydrogen Sulphide which are common in prawn cultivation. It helps in suppressing Algal Colonies from the bodies of fish/prawn thus giving better growth. It increases the dissolved oxygen in water and reduces the fish mortality.
7) Maple Empower (Organic Manure):
Suitable for all crops, Maple Empower is a strong tool to improve the fecundity of soil.
