Im planning to buy agri land in maharashtra in th ename of my wife. She is not a farmer but her maternal father (nanaji) is a certified farmer in uttarpradesh. he has farmer certificate and 7/12 in his name. Is my wife eligible to buy agri land on her name. her other does not have a 7/12 though in her name as yet.
