Eligibility for buying agriculture land

Both of my parents do not come from agriculture background and i also do not have any experience in Agriculture. I am planning to buy agricultural land for agriculture purposes and i came to know that i need to be related to somebody who is into agriculture in order to become eligible for buying agriculture land.

Please let me know if the following relationship makes me eligible to buy agriculture land : My grand fathers younger brothers daughter is married into an agriculturist family and even today they are totally into agriculture.
