Economic growth by Plantation

I am Rashmi.
Now working in Rural Development Project Known as BRLPS(Bihar Rural Livelihood Pramotion Society) Jeevika.
I am intrested to know How can a plantation (horticulture) give the economic growth to rural people?
And I want to know about PLYWOOD related plants (Plants by which Plywood is made).

Farmers can grow additional crop by Alley cropping called AGRO-FORESTRY so be careful for which plantation farmers should select.
first Find out which plantation will be used as Alley cropping like Poplar tree(Deciduous nature) And good return after 6 Years.
Keep remember,farmers cant wait for long time to generate income so dont think for only forestry.think for Agroforestry
