hi, I am jivesh from mumbai, I am engineer by profession, having 10yrs of experience in oil n gas
me and my friends are buying a 100 acre agricultural plot in Konkan region ( Sawarde, near Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. the land is only 4km from National highway( mumbai-goa).
as one of our partner is from Ratnagiri , we are having a good local connect.
we need more partners for the collective buying, we are getting agri land for 6lacs per acre fully developed.
and 4lac per acre for non developed land.
soil tested perfect for cultivation. we have plan to cultivate Sagwan,chandan,bamboo,black paper.
we are also promising 1lac rupees per acre income every year for buyers.
