doubt in capsicum varities

Hello,
I have a silly question. I have come across red, yellow and green capsicum varieties. My doubt is whether they are independent varieties or if it is only duration of the crop that determines the color. For example green turns to yellow in the first stage and then becomes red when fully ripe. is it so. Or they are independantly grown . Please educate

No Sir its not the change due climate these are the varieties developed.
There are a number of varieties of green pepper cultivated in India.
The important ones are California Wonder, Chinese Giant, World Beater, Yolo Wonder Bharat, Arka Mohlnl, Arka Gaurav, Arka Basant, Early Giant. Bullnose, King of North. Ruby King, etc.

Varieties mostly grown in India:
Variety Colour
1 Bomby Red
2 Orobelle Yellow
3 Indra Green
